- No, we do not have a public roadmap any more. We are focusing on internal developement. You can submit ideas to support.
- Where can I find a tutorial or demo about how to use Form Engineer and its different features?
- There is a demo video on the home page.
- How do we reach Support?
- You can reach support by using the chat bot/form at the bottom right corner of this page or by creating an account and submitting a ticket here.
- Do you have Google Sheets integration?
- Yes, you can create a form that is integrated with Google Sheets.
- What gateway/payment connections are available?
- We currently do not have native payment integration. You can redirect the user to a custom page with a payment button on it. Many users have successfully implemented this workaround.
- What is your privacy policy?
- Our privacy policy is here.
- What do you do with user data?
- We use user data to contact users with relevant updates, important announcements, and deals. You can always unsubscribe or opt-out of non-essential emails. We never sell your data. All data is stored securely on our servers.
- Is it possible for me to upgrade my subscription later?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account any time. However, there is a limited time in which you can get a refund for lifetime access.
- Do you have an affiliate program?
- We currently do not have an affiliate program.
- Do you plan to make CNAME feature available soon?
- No, this is not an option.
- Can I have some links to actual websites using Form Engineer to get the feel of how it works?
- Yes, you can view a live form here.
- Is there a way to import my content from WP Forms, Mighty Forms, Jotform, or any other platform to Form Engineer?
- Currently this is not an option.
- Does Form Engineer have white labeling?
